The maintenance of safety equipment must benefit from EPPE-SEGRIF's after-sales service and experience. Do not take any risks by maintaining a safety device without taking into account our experience and advice.
Calibration: guarantee the reliability of your measurements thanks to EPPE-SEGRIF-certified calibration processes for our ranges of force transducers, analysers and gas analyzers.
This service can be provided by on-site intervention anywhere in Belgium, France and Europe or by RETURN OF EQUIPMENT to the workshop (gas analysis). Contact us for current conditions and prices.
EPPE-SEGRIF products are manufactured using specific spare parts and consumables. They guarantee a reliable and accurate diagnosis if used with these components.
Our services:
- In-house calibration and maintenance (electronics and gas detectors).
- On-site calibration and maintenance (force or gas measurement): make an appointment 2 weeks in advance on 0032 4 247 6320 or by email via the website / CONTACT.
- Standard exchange of cell blocks (gas): Delivery 7 working days on receipt of your order + materials.
- On-site repair of our products: call 0032 4 247 6320, for most of our products, 1 to 2 days.
- STEIN or NBB radio remote control troubleshooting: send us the equipment, and we'll give you a quote and a repair time.
IMPORTANT :
Since 1976, our experience in these fields has enabled us to select the most reliable components on the market, requiring a perfect knowledge of our products.
In the event of an accident, you will be held liable and EPPE-SEGRIF reserves the right to no longer guarantee your equipment in the event of an inspection by the competent authorities if maintenance is not carried out in accordance with our guidelines at least once a year (sensors).
